Chilcano INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ounces of Pisco BIONDI Acholado
  • ½ ounce of lemon
  • Cold Ginger Ale (to fill the glass up)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 3 drops of aromatic bitters
PREPARATION Put some ice in a long-drink glass, pour the Pisco Biondi Acholado, add Ginger Ale until the glass is full, add the lemon. Add 3 drops of aromatic bitters and a stirrer.
